Monday, November 22, 2004 ha. golf comp wasn't as bad as i expected. my irons are surprisingly better than ever whoo. whatever haha. whee had a really fun dinner with the raffles golfers as usual haha. and dear germ is very shuai now. heehee. we scared the poor trainee waiter by asking him which was coke and which was sprite on the tray. and we were thinking of asking him later on whether the coke was coca cola or pepsi. wahaha! and tiff and nic had salty and peppery drinks. and we won best school overall for phase 2! HA! marc was like commenting on how e males were supposed to be the advantaged gender. heeeeh okie enough about golf. jiangnan was so fun!! haha. basically we took a lot of ships and boats and went to see many many temples and bells and factories. and at shanghai we shopped and took photos of that colonial place and the nice night view place with the globes and all. and we travelled on the bus a lot! so we bonded with a lot of people on the bus. haha. like anyi and kexin cause i was sitting across the aisle from them most of the time. (: and we sang a lot. and learnt a lot of new stuff. and came up with a lot of lame stuffs. haha! oh xi2's and my attempt at being a rock band after our dissatisfaction with one we saw on tv. haha! oh yeah the food was quite horrid sometimes. oily and fatty. and the breakfasts were never normal. but china's a good place to learn to survive in. mmhmm. anddd. okie. oh yeah. the guniang dance i was in. it was freaky. it was very easy since all we did was walk. but. we had to wear the strange big big hats geges wear. and the costume was horrid. but at least it was erm. decent la. some people had it worse. last night in suzhou. made more friends and lazed around at the carpark of the hotel playing pepsi cola and talking and acting totally stupid. haha. okie, so these are some of the new people i know! anyi, kexin, geri, wormy, sarah, shihua, giraffe, shauna, gloria, huimin, beatrix, emily, debbie, stacy, jolin, valerie, cassie and xiuhui (: sorry if i missed anyone out x laaa! but it's nice to be back home. but it'd be nice to have one whole big gathering again (: 1. the bilingual wake-up calls with the funky music 2. seeing the faces i've become accustomed to seeing everyday 3. eating at table8 4. bringing my 4 valuables- wallet hp mp3 and digicam to every meal 5. trying to use xi2's sling bag 6. xiaoxujiejie disturbing the peace and quiet of the bus 7. our cool bus driver 8. switching seats with mic and xi2 every bus trip 9. singing 'angels' and 'when you say nothing at all' all the time 10. eating all the time whether i'm hungry or not 11. my niu rou kan!! haha. 12. telling everyone that they ought to know they are cows 13. telling everybody that they have evolved into fish 14. fighting with xi2 to get into the room first 15. hanging around b blk carpark!! 16. learning wushu from xi2 at the hotel corridor 17. running around the empty corridor like mad people 18. lime green bathroom that floods all the time 19. used toiletpaper that is never enough 20. TOILET PAPER THAT IS ALWAYS WET due to xi2 21. prankcalling people (x 22. watching xi2 go "MY HAIRRRR" and try to fix her hair everyday armed with a comb, a pink hairband and her hairspray. 23. watching anyi look at xi2's hair then go "YOUR HAIRRR" 24. listening to mic's very funny comments haha 25. watching mic and xi2 trying to figure out where to throw the ice cream cups with ice cream in them - the organic, inorganic or pernicious section of the airport garbage can 26. haggling!! 27. lying that we're from malaysia and hongkong 28. chicken shreds from kfc! 29. watching tv all the time due to xi2's fascination with it 30. lulaoshi constantly looking for us and hurrying us along 31. having to divide prices by 5 32. cheap cds! 33. looking out for mandarin oranges all the time 34. nice cool fresh air 35. everybody on the trip! 10:13 PM
