Tuesday, November 30, 2004 speaking of that: jiangnan gathering 21st dec meet 10am at dhoby ghaut mrt or 10.30 at east coast macs. say aye if you're coming. i guess you can say aye at that pink box thing over there -> anyway on a happier note. went for packing day which was quite fun haha. now we know why dr winsemius said sporeans have great aptitute for factory working. or sth like tt. then went to swim and eat and eat and rent vcds. oooh just watched ella enchanted again. wahaha. i'm relieving my childhood k. Saturday, November 27, 2004 so abt 8 pple turned up. it isn't worth the mass sms-ing and emailing la. haha. anyway we had fun throwing sandballs into the sea and playing no-rules soccer or in other words, sortof rugby. oh and captainsball. and uhh volleyball. well we tried to. oh and we dug a nice knee-deep hole to compete with the men next to us who had already dug a body deep hole. haha. we gave up after we found water at the bottom of our hole. isn't that cute. haha. then we went to look for seaweed to put into the water. but e water dried up. ah sad. haha. met xinhui and yiwei at the entrance then went to dhoby gaut to stone haha. after eating we went to play who what har and forfeits were very fun. haha. jiayi had to take a pic with a stranger, xinhui had to sing "merry xmas and a happy new year" beside the santa's lodge, and also say hi to a stranger, and wanxi had to hug the fibreglass lion and go "i'm lion king!" wahhhahah. that was hilarious. wheeee. i'm a cooked lobster. i radiate warmth. wahaha. 7:33 PM

Monday, November 22, 2004 ha. golf comp wasn't as bad as i expected. my irons are surprisingly better than ever whoo. whatever haha. whee had a really fun dinner with the raffles golfers as usual haha. and dear germ is very shuai now. heehee. we scared the poor trainee waiter by asking him which was coke and which was sprite on the tray. and we were thinking of asking him later on whether the coke was coca cola or pepsi. wahaha! and tiff and nic had salty and peppery drinks. and we won best school overall for phase 2! HA! marc was like commenting on how e males were supposed to be the advantaged gender. heeeeh okie enough about golf. jiangnan was so fun!! haha. basically we took a lot of ships and boats and went to see many many temples and bells and factories. and at shanghai we shopped and took photos of that colonial place and the nice night view place with the globes and all. and we travelled on the bus a lot! so we bonded with a lot of people on the bus. haha. like anyi and kexin cause i was sitting across the aisle from them most of the time. (: and we sang a lot. and learnt a lot of new stuff. and came up with a lot of lame stuffs. haha! oh xi2's and my attempt at being a rock band after our dissatisfaction with one we saw on tv. haha! oh yeah the food was quite horrid sometimes. oily and fatty. and the breakfasts were never normal. but china's a good place to learn to survive in. mmhmm. anddd. okie. oh yeah. the guniang dance i was in. it was freaky. it was very easy since all we did was walk. but. we had to wear the strange big big hats geges wear. and the costume was horrid. but at least it was erm. decent la. some people had it worse. last night in suzhou. made more friends and lazed around at the carpark of the hotel playing pepsi cola and talking and acting totally stupid. haha. okie, so these are some of the new people i know! anyi, kexin, geri, wormy, sarah, shihua, giraffe, shauna, gloria, huimin, beatrix, emily, debbie, stacy, jolin, valerie, cassie and xiuhui (: sorry if i missed anyone out x laaa! but it's nice to be back home. but it'd be nice to have one whole big gathering again (: 1. the bilingual wake-up calls with the funky music 2. seeing the faces i've become accustomed to seeing everyday 3. eating at table8 4. bringing my 4 valuables- wallet hp mp3 and digicam to every meal 5. trying to use xi2's sling bag 6. xiaoxujiejie disturbing the peace and quiet of the bus 7. our cool bus driver 8. switching seats with mic and xi2 every bus trip 9. singing 'angels' and 'when you say nothing at all' all the time 10. eating all the time whether i'm hungry or not 11. my niu rou kan!! haha. 12. telling everyone that they ought to know they are cows 13. telling everybody that they have evolved into fish 14. fighting with xi2 to get into the room first 15. hanging around b blk carpark!! 16. learning wushu from xi2 at the hotel corridor 17. running around the empty corridor like mad people 18. lime green bathroom that floods all the time 19. used toiletpaper that is never enough 20. TOILET PAPER THAT IS ALWAYS WET due to xi2 21. prankcalling people (x 22. watching xi2 go "MY HAIRRRR" and try to fix her hair everyday armed with a comb, a pink hairband and her hairspray. 23. watching anyi look at xi2's hair then go "YOUR HAIRRR" 24. listening to mic's very funny comments haha 25. watching mic and xi2 trying to figure out where to throw the ice cream cups with ice cream in them - the organic, inorganic or pernicious section of the airport garbage can 26. haggling!! 27. lying that we're from malaysia and hongkong 28. chicken shreds from kfc! 29. watching tv all the time due to xi2's fascination with it 30. lulaoshi constantly looking for us and hurrying us along 31. having to divide prices by 5 32. cheap cds! 33. looking out for mandarin oranges all the time 34. nice cool fresh air 35. everybody on the trip! 10:13 PM

Thursday, November 11, 2004 mmhmm. then something really terrible happened. i actually rented a double bike with xi2 while heidi skated. it was very very traumatising. xi2 was acting cool and wobbling herself side to side and cycling one-handed and standing up while i was holding on whiteknuckled behind chanting my confidence mantra: "i'm not gonna fall i'm not gonna fall". and because xi2 enjoys making me uh utterly terrified, she swerves past hobbling old ladies just at the very last moment. and i'm behind imitating bells and going "RINNNGGG" repeatedly. freaked out a lot of people in our lane. and a few little kids looked on very confusedly while i rang away. btw it was totally real ok i was seriously very freaked out. but i think i was over-reacting oops. i think xi2 is a much better passenger coz i did what she did, standing up, cycling onehanded and all without her making a din. but i did something terrible and toe xixi hurt again and calf xixi got stained by bicycle chains. oops. haha. stoned around for a bit before going home with heidi to watch si. one more day and we're offff to chinese wonderland (: 10:11 PM

Wednesday, November 10, 2004 jukie is also pretty pleased with herself for not popping her berms today after she ate. this means that her ab workout is working a lil. or maybe coz she ate less today? but since there's a class gathering tomorrow, jukie will prob be popping her berms again. so she will not be wearing her berms. which have been around since she was primary 5. juk's mum will be preparing sushi. yummy crabstick sushi which are not fattening. heidi would like juk as an xmas present because the only thing she wants more than that is an ipod mini and since her parents are buying it for their godson instead of her, juk will appear under her xmas tree on xmas eve. 9:37 PM

(: i think teachers have very interesting ways of saying that one is talkative. for example, she could say sth like, "very responsive in class" and "questions whenever in doubt". if you think of it that way.... thankyou manda for the sweet email, celene for the choc and the note and for taking off the sticker on the note ahaha, xi2 for the testi that made me weep (haha!), suet for the note and the cookies, jiayi for the pretty note, grace for the pouch and the note, feli for the note and ice-cream stick, jas for the note and shell and star, wanxi for the cookies, yiwei for the sweet heart-shaped card, liuhui for the cookies, fang for the note and lydia for the silver heart and postcard! love is BLIND. hahaha. okie after that went for a super fun mental skills. haha. we were very rude girls today. ahaha. we were blatantly unattentive and were reading stuff that we got and eating cookies!! haha. then we had some relaxation exercise which was damn fun. hilarious. haha. we were laughing so bad i thought i was going to dieeee. teacher was patient but irritated. but i made up later by being extra nice to him. yesterday was netball carn. haha. quite fun. din really do very well, but who cares haha. we din train for one. AND. sixth overall is quite good too! (: our players were all soooo sooo sooo pro! the shooters were great, the middle people were great and the defenders were great too, but hindered by strange rules. so cool!! ms kum came and cheered for us too. haha.
then went to xi2's house with a whole bunch of people to bathe and snack. then went to bugis for lunch. watched cellular!! which was very fun. hahaha. i've decided that watching movies with suet and liuhui beside me is very fun. hahaha. suet is always being scared and liuhui is convinced everyone is gay. haha. whee. then went for a very nice dinner at seoul garden. ponned dance. oops. haha. our table was very greedy thanks to rese e piggg. haha. then went outside to the fountain and ate aud's sponsored tiramisu. which was heavenly. then took pics. and this is a list of people who cried: heidi, suet, jiayi, jas, yiwei, brenda, sian, liuhui, micng, fang, juk, iris, celeste. i was crying like shit ahahha. stupid heidi's fault. it hurts like hell when we've gone through two years of great friendship and and. yeah. shitt. so today was psl initiation!! was very fun!! had a really cool group! haha. amanda, peishan, ze rui, yen lin, qianling, fazana (who didn't come) and meee! haha. we're the Jeniuses. hahaha. with a J. haha. germaine was our grp leader. and this is our really J cheer: We are joyful, we eat jam! We'll rock you to the end hahas. we got the most mentions: six all together. a lot for being very supportive and enthu, and a few for being the best group at the particular station. hahaha! i'm so ego (x was very fun (: but. the catch is we're gonna have to be really good role models. which means. Thursday, November 04, 2004 FREEZING cold can. haha. but fun. when you go down alone it's quite boring coz i can't go fast enough. but when we did some formation thing it was so fun haha. coz you must understand that potential energy = mgh. so more mass, more energy, more speed. HAHA. was really really freezing. haha. my fingers were all red. my face too. haha. then i think got cut by some bloody railing thing. quite gross. then went for lunch at jurong east and watched shark tale which was a bit boring. : then went to amk to get jabbed. e flu jab wasn't very painful. but mummy wanted to do blood test to check if i had immunity to hep a and b. very very pain )x went to j8 to shop. very productive! gee haha. yay another dan brown book to read. Wednesday, November 03, 2004 i was in the same group as wanxi so there wasn't much to worry abt haha. ok so first was some lousy thing about the triangular seats i like so much and wooden benches. haha. ohhhh and we had to measure the distance between the two lifts. sheesh. haha. we just laid out a paper trial but it didn't work. haha we wasted a lot of time there. then we rushed to the mrt there and ran like idiots. haha. then overtook some 2/5 girls who were like "why are you running???" and we were like "coz we're very very late" and they started running too. oh man. haha. then took joyrides on e escalator with celene. then rushed up to the library and did stupid things. haha. we cheated la. we split and did different stations. oops. haha. then we ran outside where it was hell. haha. the sun was so hot! haha. felt like e ragpickers in e eng compre. HAHA. V. heh. anyway we were very extra. we opened umbrellas and sheltered the ones working hard. haha. split up again. me and jean were at a total loss due to our uh. inability in math. (x ok maybe just me. haha. either our grp was very photogenic or we were so slow that the teachers had enough time to catch up with us coz we kept getting photographed!! haha. (x bah. actually i think the math trial should had been held at more ungodly hours when there isn't anybody at all (especially herds of little acsians) or else go to more ulu places. rg students sprawled over fake flower displays and virused gardens measuring distances with pieces of paper isn't exactly doing much for the school's reputation. so much for behaving well in public. haha! and people were taking wedding photos pls! dum de dum. not taking flu shot today. haha. only went out for lunch today!! so cool. then took a very very long trip home. coz i missed e stop at tanah. too busy sleeping. rode all the way to bedok interchange. grr. haha. mustmustmust rmb to call axe! Monday, November 01, 2004 went to e ark today, supposedly to sing chinese folk songs! haha. so a big group of us filled up e place and hmm. the band looked quite cool. hahaha. then they started singing chi pop songs! cultural shit man! haha. and e dedications started pouring in. so cool can we dedicated the coolest songs. hahaha. i think the first one was. YUE LIANG DAI BIAO WO DE XIN. hahahha. honghong wo men ai ni! hahaha. we put in zhe ba ni tu for the second song. HAHA. honghong was laughing like mad and getting all worked up. so cute. okie. so we kept dedicating stupid songs la. there was.... dui mian de nv hai can guo lai! hahah. i taped that too. so cool. haha. and we wanted e gay air rifle teacher to sing tian mi mi. whoo. haha. and fang and sian sang guan huai fang shi on stage. haha. i taped that too. and someone saboed me and someone from 2/1 on stage. haha. to receive birthday wishes. haha. ok so we went up and the pianist did some lame stuffs. and we were there laughing. then she called her friend up. and the 2/1s were trying to get a pic of her friend and the pianist. haha. i din really understand what was happening at first. wahaha. slow me. yeahhh. he was quite cute la. hahas. so was e guitarist. haha. then yinling came up happily and we sang gu dan bei ban qiu. haha. malu man. eye candy:  this is the original band. haha.  the cute guitarist.  the lame pianist. self-proclaimed frodo.  pianist, very extra singer, guitarist.  our very own aspiring stars. haha. haha. and there are so many more pics! haha. very amusing. so after that went back to school for dc. urgh. haha. met weiying on e bus. then chionged to prefect's room. had to look for books in the library. very boring. but at least there was aircon. and e dc head was nice. haha. she left us alone. so we were kinda playing a fool e second hour. weiying taught me how to sing a song of six pence. haha. i think we disturbed shirley tan's son. but hey. how come he gets to go where we can't? hmmmph. haha. and i heard harder to breathe playing on a radio haha. then nice nice weiying accompanied me to lunch at kfc at 330. haha. so nice of her.
